Still reflecting on the iGaming AFRIKA Summit that took place at Nairobi’s Sarit Expo Centre this week, I’m struck by how it felt more like a declaration of a new era. The energy in the halls wasn’t about catching up to the world; it was about Africa setting the pace, stepping boldly onto the global stage as architects of gaming innovation, and designing the future with confidence, creativity, and conviction.

What stood out most? 

Emphasis on social corporate responsibility, the true core of the conversations. It reminded me that innovation without responsibility is incomplete and that Africa’s gaming story will be defined not only by technology but also by values.

Representing Suss Ads at this summit was a milestone. And the pinnacle moment? Being formally recognized as the Strongest Supporter of Women in iGaming. As a woman navigating this high-stakes ecosystem, that recognition was more than corporate validation; it was a personal "Wonder Woman moment." It underscored a philosophy we hold sacred at Suss Ads: inclusion is not a side initiative; it is a foundational business imperative.
