1. Offer Overview

SUSS Ads is offering selected brands complimentary access to the SUSS Creative Studio platform for a limited period of one (1) month.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to invited SUSS Ads clients and partners only. SUSS Ads reserves the right to approve or decline access at its discretion.

3. Offer Duration

The free access period is valid for 30 days from the date of account activation and will automatically expire unless extended in writing.

4. Scope of Access

Includes Creative Studio tools and standard production capabilities. Excludes paid media, media spend, or third-party licensing costs unless stated.

5. Fair Usage Policy

The platform is intended for reasonable business use. SUSS Ads may limit excessive or abusive usage.

6. Support & Onboarding

Basic onboarding materials will be provided. Additional support may incur fees unless agreed otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Final creatives belong to the client. SUSS Ads may showcase work for portfolio use unless otherwise agreed.

8. Data & Platform Usage

Users must comply with applicable laws. Misuse may result in termination of access.

9. Conversion to Paid Services

Post-trial access will be subject to standard pricing. There is no obligation to continue after the free period.

10. Modification or Termination

SUSS Ads reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time.

11. Liability

SUSS Ads is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

12. Acceptance

Use of the platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
